The staff at the children’s hospital was amazing! We could not have been happier. Lindsey from child life and our nurses Ashley and Holly Lobb were amazing! We were happy to leave but sad to be leaving them! Thank you for making our sons stay as pleasant as possible!
Their doctors in the E.R. have no regard for their patients whatsoever, can't return calls or emails or anything. Leaves patients in limbo and treats them like dirt. Go to Lancaster General, you may wait longer, but you'll have a doc that cares about you and your opinion.
Spent 2 weeks in the hospital, and can't say enough about the excellent care received from ED all the way to surgery and the 4th floor. Caring, sensitive nursing staff and excellent physicians!!

If you have a family member that is confused, don’t take them to this hospital. My family member was there for 8 days and couldn’t find out what was wrong with her. They treated my family member terrible and was discharged with the IV still in and had to turn around to get it taken out. I am extremely disappointed with the care my family member had received there.
