Great doctors and medical staff with the worst medical billing ever. Errors leading to collection notices for the second time.
My Father was admitted to Hershey Medical Center on June 25, 2017. He was transferred from Lewiston hospital to try to diagnosis what was wrong with him. He was under the care of the Neurologist Dr Thomas. There was a lack of communication between the physicians and his family. It took over a week to ever get a phone call from a physician. I also had to call the careline & pt advocate several times before the Dr would ever return my calls. My son was in the children's hospital in regards to his heart condition and they are absolutely amazing. Treated us great and took very good care of him and I.
I have been in the hospital on a 16 day stretch. I the doctors and nurse have been fabulous until now. I must have received the worse patient care all though the day/night shift staff. Maybe I have been spoiled by all the excellent care given but this was ridiculous. I have never been treated like an unwanted cockroach before. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
