Even though it was so packed and had to wait a while, but it was worth it. It's been my hospital for the last 15 years, wouldn't change it for nothing.
Excellent service. I have been a patient for over 2 years now and have always received the best service.
I can't say that "i loved my stay" because I was in some serious pain. I went in to have an open wedge high tibial osteotomy procedure done by Dr. Dhawan. I had to wait all day to have my procedure done but I honestly feel that it was well worth it. I had some serious complications which resulted in Dr. matt garnger having to fix by doing a fasciatomy (sorry for the spelling). The place was crowded as hell. They didnt even take care of the patient. A couple x rays and then discharged him a few hours later without even tending to his wounds. Borderline negligent.
If there were a way to put 0 I would. 14hrs in ER!
Staff at this hospital are the the best I've encountered anywhere. I've had people stop and asked of i needed help finding cafe. She stopped went in opposite direction and walked me there. The staff who check you in were ever we went were great. My daughter doctors were great talk to you like a normal person. We had to go here because doctors where we live didn't know what to do for her. They understood we had to travel so thry got her in to do a procedure in 30minutes. Wish this hospital would be closer.
My son had his tonsils and adenoids taken out. The entire staff - physicians, nurses, security officers, secretaries, residents, aides - were AMAZING!!! They spent as much time with us as we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them. They made me feel like my son was the most important patient they had. Best hospital experience EVER. And security is top notch.
