My son had surgery on his head to decompress the brain. My experience is wonderful. From going into surgery to staying for a few nights. The nurses and doctors work well as a team to keep a 3 year from experiencing a lot pain. They didn't just treat my son but also family. My mom who is a diabetic, they made sure she had snacks to keep her from bottoming out. I would most diffitly recommend this hospital.
It's nice knowing the people taking care of you. It started when I got here I was friends with the nurse in charge. Then Elizabeth that got me ready for the OR Knows me for many many years! I had a great nurses in the OR. Post op went great and went I reached PACU for the night I had my sweet friend Jackie Keeney! Blessings all day long with my nurses and Great Dr's.
In the ER for 7.5 hours, confirmed small bowel obstruction, and only given 1mg of pain Meds! I am dying in miserable pain and I keep begging for relief but they keep farting around saying "we have to ask surgery" then surgery says" we have to ask the ED" round and round in a circle! I am in so much pain and crying my eyes out, I don't care who does it just help me!!
Mom was life flighted there yesterday. 1st time experiencing this hospital. Wonderful nursing staff, specialists, and doctors. Very busy place, but, still gave the time to do everything to make her comfortable.
