I tried to call the Nyes rd facility directly today. Imagine my surprise when I reached the penn state switchboard, after waiing on hold. I told them the name of my doctor. Wauted on hold. Reached the wrong place. They transferred me. I finally reached the party i wanted. This took 10 minutes for a 2 minute call. Whoever came up with this stupid idea, fire them
Do not recommend would not go here. I show up five minutes before my appointment which I’m usually always early for and the front desk. Staff was very rude and disrespectful stating that they don’t know if they can even see me today and making it seem like I was wrong because I wasn’t 15 minutes early yet the doctors always running 20 minutes behind. The staff was very judgmental rude and disrespectful. Would never plan on coming here again.
