I love this place & the employees are always pleasant
I have been seeing Dr. Peter-Fritts for years and I think he is wonderful. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful.
If I could give less I would. This place sucks. There a a couple good people in the office and a few nurses that are good people but management is horrible and most of the Drs are not competent, understanding, or have any compassion. It seems the oath they took means nothing as long as they get that paycheck and clock out on time
This place is horrible with the exception of a few people in the reception area and maybe two nurses. I've been with this practice for years. I've been having severe memory issues along with taking care of my mother who has lung cancer and my stepfather who has recently had both legs amputated adding "life" in, I missed three appointments in the past year, with this last appointment being a scheduling issue and not my fault but they called to tell me that I was being discharged because of this.
