Great medical professionals. Front desk needs work
Quick and efficient. Parking garage is free. The only thing I noticed was that the restroom was not as tidy as it should have been.
As always with Penn I have nothing to complain about. I was taken back at my scheduled time, everyone from the front desk to the people who did the scan treated me with respect and everyone was very kind.
Requested my medical file and images be sent to new, less expensive office. They never sent them and I missed my appointment. No communication unless they want you to pay a bill.
The building is new and clean. It has an awesome design with a pretty outdoor area. Parking is free and there is plenty of space. Testing seems to be done well. Update to my review two years later- insurance is not properly run or upon check in which is an essential part of the testing process. I experienced an issue where the representative did not properly inform me because she didn’t fully run my insurance and then wound up with a bill beyond my copayment.
