They lost my test sample and didn't realize it for two weeks (for a test that takes 3-5 business days).
Everything about Penn is exceptional
Sat there for 50 minutes, while they saw everyone else. They told another patient that they were getting through their 10:45 am appts, and when I told them my appt was for 10:15, they told me that they do not always go in order and sometimes skip around. Make it make sense. Staff were nice but they wasted my time. I left unseen because I needed to get to work.
Always have had a good experience here. In a convenient location as well.
I have had to visit this location several times recently...and while medical tests are never fun, I just want to keep praising the UPENN health system and this location in particular. They are so efficient, pleasant and really do a great job. Thank you to all the Healthcare heros!
