I have been going to Penn Health Women for 24 years. I just called to make an appointment and was told that because I have not been there in 3 years I would not be able to schedule an appointment and would have to wait to receive a text message adding me to a waitlist. This woman could not tell me how long the waitlist was. Oh well. All good things must come to an end.
Impossible to get appointments for annual care. They always tell Me they have no appointment times and they have to escalate it to the office manager to see. So now I wait and wait- haven’t had an annual in 2 years. Probably time to find a new GYN. Love the doctors here it’s a scheduling nightmare and seems like I’m not alone in saying this. All the reviews say the same thing!

As of February 2025, it's as bad as the other reviews state. I'm a previous patient. Called for my annual exam feb 20. Earliest I could be seen was Mid August. My husband and I are planning on getting pregnant and I can't imagine getting good care with this type of scheduling. I just googled OBGYN and my zip, called another practice with much better ratings and they were able to see me in three months earlier. This place is a joke, seems like they are trying to turn away patients. Will not be returning.
I’m be been with PennMed since 2011 and love everything about PennMed, but this practice is absolutely ridiculous with scheduling. I had an established OBGYN Dr with this group for years, she retired, and eversince then, I haven’t been able to get a visit for my annual exam. The new Dr I was transferred to canceled my appointment on October of 2023, and since then, they have assigned me to two other drs and each one also canceled my appointments. The exam I was supposed to have in October of 2023, was moved to January of 202... read more
