It is impossible to make an appointment at this office. I had not seen my doctor in five years because he said that it was not necessary unless i was having a problem. I recently developed a problem and called. I wax told that I was now a new patient since I it was over three years and would need a referal from my primary. I do not have HMO. I have PPO and do not need a referal. I do not think this practice really wants patients.
Tried to call today to make a simple office visit. I need to get screened for colon cancer. I have a prescription from my GP for this. Woman that answered said she couldn’t help me schedule the office visit then hung up on me. I’m blown away by how awful my experience has been trying to get a simple office visit scheduled with this company. No wonder so many young people are dying of colon cancer at a young age. NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP.
Went for a routine checkup / endoscopy and colonoscopy they treated me extremely well and were very thorough from check in to leaving was wonderful !

Had a colonoscopy this morning. Dr. Buchner and her team were great and had incredible bedside manner
