They just tell you nothing is available at this time when you trying to schedule an appointment. They don’t even have an idea of how far out they have scheduled or how long you need to wait. Basically they are telling you go somewhere else.

My experience with the doctor was wonderful. The doctor spent a significant time with me and addressed all my concerns. My wait to schedule to see the M.D was extraordinarily long and no one called me to move up an appointment . It was hard to call twice a week to see if my appointment could be moved up. Finally I obtained a cancellation. When I left the doctors office there was a recommendation for a six month follow up, which could not be made and I was given a 13 month.
