Tried to call today to make a simple office visit. I need to get screened for colon cancer. I have a prescription from my GP for this. Woman that answered said she couldn’t help me schedule the office visit then hung up on me. I’m blown away by how awful my experience has been trying to get a simple office visit scheduled with this company. No wonder so many young people are dying of colon cancer at a young age. NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP.
Went for a routine checkup / endoscopy and colonoscopy they treated me extremely well and were very thorough from check in to leaving was wonderful !
Had a colonoscopy this morning. Dr. Buchner and her team were great and had incredible bedside manner
They just tell you nothing is available at this time when you trying to schedule an appointment. They don’t even have an idea of how far out they have scheduled or how long you need to wait. Basically they are telling you go somewhere else.
I saw Jacqueline Hahn CRNP and had a wonderful experience
