I've been trying since May (its now almost September) to get in to see these Doctors for mastocytic colitis. They told me they needed my records from my allergist. I provided the name and fax number. Who did they contact? My GI doctor. After not getting a response back I called them, and they said I never sent them the information, rather than owning their mistake and their scheduler copped a major attitude with me blaming me for her mistake. Staff is very nice, there is someone to direct you each step of the way to find the office you are looking for! Took me on time for my appointment which is always nice.
