My two young adult sons are patients of Dr. Rainville, she is amazing! Their first appointment with her was to get to know them as persons, she stablished a rapport with them that no other doctor has done before. My sons also, had appointments with Monica Rezk, DO, and Andrea Gavin, DO, both medical professionals had done a great job.

Every three months when I'm due for my injection there is always an issue with it being called into the pharmacy on time. Today was the final straw for me as I've been calling repeatedly to the front desk and the pharmacy trying to get it called in for my 3pm appointment today. My last attempt had me transferred to the emergency line after being on hold for over 10 minutes, and the woman told me she was transferring me back to the front desk as she had no idea why they would transfer me to them. My CRNP Alieen Gavin has been able to address all of my health concerns and has a wealth of knowledge that she brings the table. I have had trouble in the past finding the right provider. The office refused to see me after waiting 7 months for a new patient appointment. I traveled 1.5 hour to this office, and was a few minutes late to my 1hr appointment because I was lost in the building. A security guard ended up helping me find the office. I was still within their 15 minute grace period, but the receptionist told me that the provider refused to see me. If you are looking for someone to get to the root cause and underlying conditions of your chronic conditions, this is not the place.
