Worst experience ever. Incompetent and low quality job . I agree with other people he doesn't care about customers, there is one lady on the staff who has not a decent computer to make her job, the lack of courtesy and professionalism is the best thing they do. They are never available in the office to answer your questions. Here is my one star to carlos de La Rionda and carlos de la Rionda Junior. With so many companies out there you don't need to fall so short !

I have used Peninsula Read Estate to find and buy numerous investment properties. In addition they have helped me with rental listings and I have found them to be competent and professional in every aspect.

The realtor that works here by the name of Carlos de la Rionda has been one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. He clearly does not care about his customers, nor his paycheck. I was led to believe that I would be having a private viewing of a townhouse. Much to my surprise, he failed to inform me that he would be showing it to another couple at the same time. During the showing, he was ambivalent, patronizing, negligent, and rude towards me.
