Clean and well-maintained building because of the building Manager Rita. I appreciate her hard work and dedication towards her work. Her dedication in ensuring a clean and hygienic environment is truly appreciated by all residents.
Update!!!! 4 years in Peninsula place apartments Company didn’t invest any money in building and apartments, still old carpets in hallways, old ventilation system (summer hot air-winter cold air ) , elevator often doesn’t work. For this price for apartments is only good location and Rita (manager) She trying to keep this place clean and spotless(what is sometimes impossible because of old carpets). Company need to hire cleaning services to do deep cleaning every week, especially when is Rita off or help her on daily basis. T... read more
I have lived here for many years.. Rita is so friendly and keeps the building very clean and maintained all the time. She really makes this building feel like home!
THE APARTMENT IS NICE, BUT NOICE ON THE BACK SIDE, BECAUSE F THE RAILWAY LINES, A BIG NUISANCA AT TIMES, DUE TO THAT THE RENTS ALSO VERY HIGH, THE MANAGER RITA IS VERY NICE PERSON,
