I have lived at Peninsula Place for about years, and I want to be fair in review view. This is not a good apartment building anymore. Since Rita retired, the overall quality of the building has declined badly. Residents have had to deal with serious safety concerns, including unauthorized people entering the property, drug-related activity, homeless individuals inside or around the building, and a general feeling that the building is no longer properly protected. We lived here for 8 years and were sad to leave. We used to have a wonderful property manager named Rita, who retired about a year ago. Unfortunately, the new manager is not only genuinely incompetent and really bad at her job, she’s also a huge bully. I urge anyone looking to move here to read my review. NOT SAFE. NEEDLES. BUGS OF ALL KINDS. YOUR AMAZON PACKAGES WILL GET STOLEN. This place has gone to hell since Rita left. New property managers are useless, Samantha in particular is absolutely useless, if you approach her to help with something you can rest assured that it will not get done. Avoid.
Ever since Rita left things have really gone downhill in terms of service and cleanliness. The people at the front desk do nothing now. It’s insane. Edit: There is a bunch of homeless people located in the building where people sell and do crack. Our car keeps getting broken into. There are uncapped needles everywhere. It’s really unsafe here now. Watch out for cockroaches, ants and mice too. Do not move here.
