This place has gone to hell since Rita left. New property managers are useless. Avoid.
Update!!!! 4 years in Peninsula place apartments Company didn’t invest any money in building and apartments, still old carpets in hallways, old ventilation system (summer hot air-winter cold air ) , elevator often doesn’t work.
Clean and well-maintained building because of the building Manager Rita. I appreciate her hard work and dedication towards her work. Her dedication in ensuring a clean and hygienic environment is truly appreciated by all residents.
