Personnel and quality of product
I needed help finding a new back door so I called Austin Moots he was easy to talk to and really knew his stuff after a few easy questions he had me a quote within min. If your looking for somone on top of his game Austin is your guy!

I recommend the quality of the product. Very happy with the door. We replaced a Pella sliding door that lasted 31 years with very heavy use with a beautiful new Pella sliding glass door. Excellent experience. Great installers.
Pleased with installation. Final product looks good. Very courteous installers.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Our windows are almost two years old now and we have windows that won't shut completely, we have had water run in the house around the window frame, and the weather stripping is hanging out all over. They look terrible and our living room is colder in the winter than it was with our 30 year old windows. The service techs have told me they were installed very poorly but Pella refuses to acknowledge there is a problem.
