Not happy with the contractors you sent to install. They were super nice people but did not do good finishing work at all. I have attached a few pics but have a lot more!!!! Contacted our sales guy and not impressed with his response to us. This was a very expensive job to not have it done right!!!!

Rotted out fast less than ten years , simply junk do not buy!
A place to start would be customer service. Then product quality would be another opportunity. We had a good experience with the Topeka contractor (KANVIEW GLASS). He was much better than when the local Pella employee was used.

RecommendedMy sales associate LANCE was such a pleasure to work with when replacing my 40 year old Pella door/windows. LANCE took the time to answers all my questions, showed me numerous options/prices, and demonstrated in detail the quality of Pella. Great job putting in new windows and they look really good! The two guys that installed them were very good, and cleaned up after they were done.
No customer service! Phone message says to leave a message and they will return the call... may take 2-3 days to return the call. They never return the call!
I currently work at pella windows and doors. I could not be happier with everything that pella does.
Customer service. 2013-2014 we spent nearly 12,000. 00 dollars on windows and doors because you know they are expensive we couldn't do aqll at one time. This summer were going to replace 8 more windows. Pella had discontinued the Auburn brown color and not only discontinued but could not/would not color match. we had purchased wooden windows with aluminum cladding and had blinds in the middle. They also told us they didn't have those windows with blinds anymore and we couldn't get get them. I won't recommend Pella to anyone ... read more
Customer service would be a definite start. While their products are good, the customer service and support is non-existent.
