I love this hospital. We were treated with the best respect ever and we're treated like actual people with an actual problem they took amazing take care of not just me but my boyfriend during our time there
Just recently delivered our second baby at PRHC. The nurses in the OB department were incredible, we were treated very well. Dr. Carlstone was great to have as our OB dr during prenatal care & was a great coach during delivery. We would highly recommend Dr. Carlstone to anyone looking.
I actually switched to Pella Regional from Mahaska Health,hoping I would be treated more kindly at Pella and I was in every way shape and form. Health wise Im in good shape no ilnesses ,but i have Fibro as well as it being discovered I have RA ... Both are very painful " invisable" to those who dont suffer from it...but i am always treated with the utmost kindness and respect,from Doctors, Nurses,all techs. Was in emergency room. The dr. Done the testing and didn't mess around then admitted my husband and the next day all the test was reported to us. Dr. Dystra er dr. Was great and then dr. Charles Canedy was very nice and open. The nursing staff was on top and nice. The food service was great big helping as my husband states food was hot and servers was polite and very on top of everything. My rating is a 5.
I had surgery here. The staff here has been very friendly.

We had a great experience with the care all staff members gave our mother. They were kind and kept us updated on processes and procedures! The hospital is bright and clean. The patient rooms are very nice!
