RecommendedI’ve been in a fair share of hospitals and this is yet by far one of the best, I’ve experienced! Amazing staff from the wonderful nurses to NAs! When room service comes you feel like you’re at a restaurant they give the best room service and are so helpful! Even house keeping is great! They make you feel so comfortable here! Thanks Pella Regional for a great experience at a crappy time!

Just try and get into see a Dr on short notice for something even remotely serious. Best off just going to ER in that case. Of course you can always see a PA which is ok for many ailments but damn it I wanted a Dr and you think I could get Appt? Nope not at all. Didn’t even really seem to care that I was suffering. Way to blow it Pella Regional Health. Been patient for years and years and this is Thanks I Get?
Spent 3hrs in a packed ER lastnight 9pm-12am and nurse and Dr. Assistant that sewed me up were amazing. Makes it alot easier when everyone can joke around with each other. Thank you both
The experiences I've had at PRHC both with the facility and staff have been very positive. The facility is 2nd to none. It's all new, supplied with all the latest version tools of the trade. The staff is made up of the most kind and considerate people. They all exercise Christian values from which comes their kindness and consideration as well as compassion. The community that is served by PRHC is truely Blessed. Thank You PRHC.

Dr VandeVoorte is awesome! Firm enough to keep me in line ( I can sometimes be a naughty patient) but understanding and encouraging also. She answers all questions completely and patiently. I'm more than satisfied with the care I get from her and the whole staff.
The ER is amazing
I love that Pella Regional is based on Christian ideals!
I highly recommend Pella Regional and Dr Aaron Smith. My husband has been admitted to Pella Regional on 3 different occasions and we couldn’t have asked for better care. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. And the food is very good.
I had an emergency surgery, Dr. Morgun and his team came in late to do the surgery. Med Surf floor team were helpful pleasant. Thanks to you all
