I was rather disappointed in the fact that I was on hold for over an hour to try and simply schedule an appointment to for my sick son. While on hold I called with my husband's cell to see if maybe there was an error in the switchboard and was told that sometimes it happens and to be patient. I ended up hanging up and going elsewhere. Why offer a Saturday clinic if you can't even call and set up an appointment. It was the best experience I had in doctor care for along time
Were good on timing. Had great help too. Minus the big needle going n my hip. But hey I already feel a little better. Also love the medicine machine! Keep on making people feel good!
My dad is a current patient and I spent the night last night. Did I wander back into the 1950's? What kind hospital closes the cafeteria on Sunday. You're cooking food for patients so why not for family and friends? Your vending machines are outdated (cannot use anything larger than a $1 bill and no debit cards)? Was not a pleasurable experience.
Just had surgery and had to stay overnight for observation and could not have asked for anything better!! Dr Lensing is top notch and made me feel at ease with what was going to happen and also with what MAY happen after he went in, everything went as planned, no issues came up. I also spent the night over in the OB and I can not say enough how much I really enjoyed my nurses. They were so very helpful with me and took amazing care of my while I was on their ward!!
