We had a great experience with the care all staff members gave our mother. They were kind and kept us updated on processes and procedures! The hospital is bright and clean. The patient rooms are very nice!
I have the most awesome Dr. I have enjoyed every Drs. I have seen there. The doctors get a 5 star. If you need after hours care and call the 24 hour nurse, either just go in or go to another er. In the last month I received no return call and on May 28, 2018 three calls from the nurse but could not hear anything. This new system of using out of state on call nurse system is not worth tax payers dollars. It will cost someone there life.
Always a great experience at the pella hospital. And dr banstra is the best!
We couldn't have asked for better care for my husband in the ER. Dr Gritters was wonderful. I have no complaints at all.We also had a wonderful RN named Sherry!!
Everyone here has been amazing. From the doctor to the nurses they were so helpful and have done everything to make Jessica(my daughter) comfortable in every way.
I am so thankful to Pella Regional Hospital OB department! Everyone was AMAZING!! The nurses, the food department and of course my daughter's OB Dr. Sitarri! Thank you and God Bless you all for taking such amazing care of my daughter and grandson��
