Did not have a very good experience. Waited 30 minutes for food and when delivered it was delivered one item at a time. One item had cold rice even after waiting 30 minutes. Told employee who delivered e food we were disappointed and still did not see a manager.

This place was nasty!! All the tables but 2 were dirty. They weren't even busy and can't keep this place clean! It's not the first time I've been in and it looked like that! Will not be going back! Discussing!! Lazy workers! Never a manager on duty either!
We are a regular at this location but am very disappointed today. Ordered 45 mins ahead on the app. Food was to be ready at 12:45. Got there around 12:55, paid, and the lady said it'd be ready soon. At 1:05 I still hadn't received my food. Walked back to the counter and it was the bag that had been sitting there since we got there. One driver machine was broke and the other about out of everything. We also didn't get our kids meal drinks.
Waited 6 minutes on hold at 2:05 pm on 6/25/2018. Never even got a person to answer the phone and take my order. Need more staff, that’s just unacceptable. I hung up and ordered elsewhere
I will never go back. I ordered the Korean spicy shrimp, and as soon as I got to my car, I threw up.
I used to love this place (S. Lamar location) but it has gone down hill. I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone to place an order. When they do answer, after 20min hold time, I place order and go pick up....and it is incorrect or I still have to wait an additional 20min past the time they said it was going to be ready. So disappointed. I have given up on them and I don't go there anymore. I rather go to a restaurant that wants my business and my money and appreciates there loyal customers. SMH
