I used to love this place (S. Lamar location) but it has gone down hill. I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone to place an order. When they do answer, after 20min hold time, I place order and go pick up....and it is incorrect or I still have to wait an additional 20min past the time they said it was going to be ready. So disappointed. I have given up on them and I don't go there anymore. I rather go to a restaurant that wants my business and my money and appreciates there loyal customers. SMH
RecommendedI love pei wei but today they ruined my lunch. They gave me the wrong order and I didn't have time to wait for them to correct it since I was in my lunch hour.
Terrible!! Slow service! Actually watched the server serve my entree to the wrong guest, leave, come back, retrieve it and then serve it to me! Gross! Made them remake it. Also servers bussing tables and then serving food while not washing their hands. Again gross! Tried to speak with a manager and they were “too busy” to come visit our table.
Never again.lack of manpower.they were so backed up. My wife didn't get what she wanted. The Crab Rangoon was cold they dropped the ball.
Always love the food but last 3 visits it has been so cold inside the store I had to take my food to go
