Sad. I love their food but I have to take business elsewhere. They don’t take call-in orders anymore. The phone just rings.
I gave up on pei wei about a year ago because our orders were wrong every single time. We tried it again and not only was it wrong it was absolutely awful. What I have ordered in the past was not what I ordered. There was absolutely no flavor to any of the meals we received nor spice. So disappointed once again that a convenient restaurant to my family of 7 is being banned. I received excellent service from sweet people, but HOW IS THIS PLACE PASSING HEALTH INSPECTIONS? The floor was so sticky I almost lost my flip flops, and there were some dank, dark, deathly smells around the bathrooms and ice machine (which are entirely too near one another for my comfort).
floor is really sticky and the tables are nasty... food is good but it's not clean like it used to be...

I typically like PeiWei but this location is terribly managed. I ordered online and when I picked up my order overheard the cool telling the cashier they'd run out of chicken. I've never known a well-established, well-managed restaurant to run or if such a staple. It should have been a hint as to their management standards because after driving through traffic and getting home I discovered that one of the two meals I'd ordered for my kids was completely empty. Went today... it was my very first time eating Pei Wei advised that to young lady she just shrugged it off... so it took us while to give our order no big deal... however I do have a problem when the person taking my order and money is shoving food in her mouth while I’m ordering.. talking to me while eating... almost acting as if I interrupted her lunch/break.. I thanked her for patience with us while we figured out what to order...she never acknowledged it just turned to eat more...

After waiting on hold for over 9 minutes to place a togo order I expected to walk in to an extremely busy restaurant to finally be able to place a to go order. Only to walk in to 5 table filled and no one in line at either register. I commented that I had been trying to get through on the phone for an order. Your employee replied “yeah, I am the only one” but I’m glad he has time to fill cups of sauce to go with the to go orders he isn’t taking...
