Placed an online order, it wasn't there when husband got there to pick it up (and waited 10 minutes just to find that out). Called to talk to manager...I've been on hold for almost 10 minutes now....you guys need to get your act straight.
Awful wait time in less than half crowded lunchtime crowd. 30 minutes and counting for a simple pad thai order. Figure it out people. 😏
RecommendedSo I've tried the Cauliflower Rice today and it was really good- great low carb alternative. I love how they tell you how many calories each dish has. It would be even better if they wrote out the ingredients in each sauce. But really awesome overall.
Two of us dined at Pei Wei at 1825 Guadalupe Suite F-112 Tempe, AZ 85283 on Saturday night 1/19/19. Order food, sat down and my meal never came. Three visits to the front staff and 25 minutes later, my food was delivered to my table. The acting manager stopped by and apologized but from what I can see, the place is going down fast. Sad because I used to love eating there.
RecommendedAlways like Pei Wei. This particular location doesn’t seem that friendly, for people like me that value that sort of thing. Food is delish though.

Worst customer service ever! They are so rude and the food is disgusting. Tried to call in a to go order and the phone rang for 10 minutes. I finally gave up and just went in to order, and the lady helping me was so hateful. I told her that I had been trying to order over the phone and it just kept ringing. Her response was “yeah we’re busy”. Umm no they had MAYBE 4 couples there eating. Finally got home with our food and the order was wrong and not fit to eat. Vegetarians beware. I tried this last night and really wanted to like it as I was told they were vegetarian friendly. I ordered the teriyaki tofu with brown rice. About halfway through my meal I bit into what was obviously not tofu and realized there were several pieces of meat, what appeared to be pork or beef. Despite their claims of vegetarian dishes they were not careful to keep things separate during the cooking process.
