Always been great to work with – I have been doing business with Pehrsons for about 5 years. I first went into the shop to purchase a Honda generator. Since that first visit I have purchased several other pieces of equipment including a Honda mower, an additional Honda generator for my business, and a Stihl chain saw. Review – Good shop with a knowledgeable staff and prices seem fair. The turnaround time on my equipment was a little longer than I had hoped, but it is understandable with the time of year it is, and I took in four chainsaws, a string trimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, and pole saw. Even so, I got all my equipment with about five days and the two saws I needed for a project the day after I dropped them off were serviced and back to me on a rush. People may complain about service times, but things happen and setbacks occur.... read more

More than Meets The Eye – I've worked in the Landscaping business for years and most people don't realize how busy shop's get. I've tried other places and got the run around. These guys are straight forward, try and give you the best prices possible, and the service department is knowledgeable and helpful. During peak seasons they are by far the fastest at turning around repairs. The dreaded personalities of the old staff are a thing of the past now that it has passed hands. Give them a try, worth the drive from West Valley!

Great selection and fair prices – I stopped by the Pehrson's store the other day looking to replace my old mower. I drive by the store on my daily commute to work and figured I would check them out before some of the big box stores. I was pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of different brands and I think reasonable prices. The guys at the counter helped me out and were willing to answer my questions. I bought one of their Honda Mowers and look forward to putting my son to work with the new mower.

Impressive turn around time and friendly service – I was impressed with how quick their shop turn around time was considering the amount of customers were in there store. The staff was friendly and truely willing to help me solve my problem. Also they seemed knowledgeable about their products. I will certainly be back if the occasion presents itself.

Go somewhere else if they dont have it in stock – I have had a special order places for almost 4 months now. I have called 6 or 7 times to question the hold up. Every time I call they say its on "today's" delivery and that they will call me back later in the afternoon when the truck arrives. I have never received a follow up call. I have finally had to cancel my order and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service and a huge lack of follow through.
