I purchased a brand new Ford Expedition fully loaded back in 2014. I never hauled anything with my veh until last week and my trailer brakes switch is not working. It is out of warranty now, but when explaining to the service Dept that I never had to use it before now so I had no idea it wasn't working until now. My complaint is that they would not even consider to see if it was a factory mistake or not hooked up. I purchased a new Escape and before I got home, I had to stop to put air in all four tires. Also, the Auto Stop feature was not working and Pegues refused to do anything about it. I had to take it to another dealer to get it fixed. I definitely will not do business with them again. UPDATE: After I posted this review, the salesman called and chewed me out!!
Buying is a big purchase , it was not a big head ace . Everyone was friendly no pressure sales , smooth and easy,very pleased with my purchase
