RecommendedI am very happy with everything and love the truck.
Don’t try purchasing a vehicle if you aren’t within a reasonable driving distance. They will tell you the vehicle you’re interested in has sold, then say it hasn’t, then it’s sold again, then for sale again. It’s hard getting them to respond to you or getting them to attempt to get you financed AFTER running your credit. If they’re too busy for a customer willing to drive 5 hours one way, then clearly distant customers are not a priority or they’re in need of more sales reps.
We purchased a truck from Kelly Bates last weekend and we could not have been more pleased with the customer service we received! Kelly was upfront about each vehicle we looked at and has answered any and all questions we have had even after the sale was done! We highly recommend Pegues Hurst Ford!

My husband just bought a used 2011 f-150 from Pegues Ford today. We had a great experience with Elias Diaz and Carlos Mendoza. They were both super laid back and easy to deal with salesmen. Not the typical salesmen, which we appreciated! We will definitely go back to Pegues to purchase our next vehicle.
