I had a Toyota before my Ford so I was expecting great service as Toyota always provided for me. I was wrong. Terrible service. Had to get my tire replaced and they didn’t even bother trying to put my spare back where it goes...just threw it in my back seat. Service advisor didn’t even bother to help me file my claim for my tire and wheel package. I had to pay which I shouldn’t have had to because of the specific package I have.
