When this office first open they were incredible. The small staff was understanding and kind and made us feel heard as first time parents. Fast Forward to the last two year or so and I literally have nothing nice to write about this office. I just had to pay a $15 fee to have my son's records transferred!? This is unheard of, never have I had to do this to transfer doctors offices. Their new staff is rude and condescending. Was looking for a new pediatrician for my 21 month old daughter and also expecting in July with my son. She will accept my newborn son when he is born but not my daughter ? My daughter does not have any underlying health conditions, and is healthy. We have personal choice insurance. I’m not going to deal with two separate doctors. And when I ask for a reason there is none .
Dr. Poblete is absolutely wonderful! She makes herself available 24/7 and never makes you feel silly for asking questions. She’s thorough and to the point. Her office is clean and runs smoothly. We’ve really loved our experience with Peekaboo.
Best pediatrics drs office ever. Not one single complaint . The dr is amazing . And she’s great with the infants /babies ❤️
Dr. Poblete is absolutely phenomenal. Literally always available when you call. Provides sound advice, makes sure you’re well informed and doesn’t force you to come in every time you have a question. Fast response times via calls and the web portal. And short to non existent wait times. I can’t recommend her practice enough!!!
Absolutely amazing! highly recommend. The staff and doctor are very personable and make the first time mom experience less stressful. never have i felt that my time was rushed and all my questions are always answered in detail so that i leave with a greater understanding. 5 stars
I couldn’t be any happier with our switch to this office! The office staff is very welcoming. Dr. Poblete is the best pediatrician I’ve ever took my kids to. I never feel rushed out of my appointments. She takes time for all my questions and concerns. She even called today to check on my child who visited her earlier this week. I’ve never had a doctor do that before. Im so happy I made this switch!
