Absolute worst group of people I have ever worked with. They don't listen to you. They don't do anything and frankly, they don't care. I have been arguing with them for more than 6 months. My bills were paid but they never received payment. After many hours researching and numerous phone calls it was deemed that the checks were being mailed to the wrong address. I told this to my provider and they said that Pediatrix had to submit a new claim with the new address. I told Pediatrix this and their response was we don't do that... read more

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Absolute pain in the butt! They never "took" my insurance at the hospital, never asked for it either. I had to call up and give it to them when I got the bill. They never submitted the claim because they needed the insurance verified! They don't do that, YOU have to have your insurance call them. After back and forth calls between them and my insurance I finally got someone to call and verify.
