The people (receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentists) who work at Kindred Smiles are efficient, communicative, thorough, and friendly. They put my children at ease, and communicate in a positive way how they should be caring for their teeth. I love it when a dental hygienist/dentist pulls up x-rays, calls me over, and explains in detail what they are seeing, and what their proposed plan of action is.
As usual everything was great. Doctor and staff all very nice and my son is very happy going there.
Nicole is so nice. She has great patient and technique to have my son try to take a x-ray. What a milestone for my son. Great job, Nicole.
Dental Care at its best !!
My daughter absolutely loves her dental hygienist. Her experience is always a good one every time we go!
Dr. Sim and all the staff members were great at making my daughter comfortable.
Everyone is very nice and works well with my kids. My son definitely has anxiety around going to the dentist. I gave the staff tips on how to speak to him about what they will be doing, like treating him more like a bigger boy and talking to him about the medical facts and not talking to him like he is a baby, which the doctor did and was successfully able to get him to take pictures of his teeth. Desmond was very anxious about taking pictures, but ended up doing fine because of the extra care the doctor took with him.
Kindred Smiles made bringing our three children to the dentist easy. Our four year old and soon to be three year old were excited to go to the dentist before we got there (my third child is only 9 months). Upon arrival, both kids got a little nervous but the hygienist, Mary, was amazing. She worked with each of our kids to make them comfortable and did not force them to do anything they did not want to do. Dr. Shim was amazing as well.
