Everyone is so kind and they are very follow-through. They made me feel very comfortable when my son had to go in for anesthesia to remove some teeth.
We had appointments for both of our children this morning - 1 first appointment and 1 has been there for a few so far. Both have timid personalities but were made to feel comfortable right away and had great appointments. The office is kid friendly and welcoming, the office staff is all super nice, and our hygienist and Dr. Sim were all so great with the kids. All of our experiences have been very positive. I'm grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate dental practice for my son. He's need a lot of dental work and he still doesn't mind going to the dentist.
The staff was so professional and made my child feel very comfortable. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences since my child was a baby!
The atmosphere, service, and attention are all great. Our appointments are always on time. The only part I do not like is having to fill out my information sheet at every visit. Seems like if there are no changes, that shouldn't be needed
Beautiful facility & Super nice front desk staff! Dr. Sim and Miss Kim were excellent! They were patient and very kind to my terrified 21 month old son. I highly recommend this office!
