Three times the charm! I didn't feel like a burden I felt like a human being! real polite and respectful to me ! I got my pillows and warm blankets ! Oh and Food!❤️😇Lol lol
So I just brought my wife home from her second total knee replacement (the first was 6 months ago). Other than having to be there by 5:00 a.m., I have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Mitros and the staff did a great job communicating with both my wife and me and everything moved along like clockwork. Yes, the 3 hour wait was uncalled for, but after talking to Scott, the Nurse Practisioner, he was AMAZING! He explained what was happening to me. And the lady who did my ultrasound was AWESOME! She saw something and took several images of the area. These two deserve raises in my book! The two ppl who did my x-rays were EXCELLENT as well! Everyone was great AFTER the LONG wait.
