This is the second time my husband has been admitted to hospital due to cardiac related issues. This visit was was so different than the first,the nurses on the 3rd floor all younger and didnt seem to want to answer questions,didnt want to take the time! I will say that one nurse came into my husband room her name was Solange, she was wonderful,talking to him to calm him The CNA's seem to be running in circles, My husband asked for something to drink and was told this is not hotel,wait until the kitchen opens,to order yourse... read more
The staff is not friendly at all. I will stick with Memorial.
Staff very nice, Nurses and Doctors very professional. The wait time in the waiting room a little overwhelming. But as fair as the treatment it was excellent.
Me and my beautiful fiancé Angie just had our baby boy Connor Reid Semmerling 1/10/17 and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. All of the doctors and nurses were very helpful and friendly and very informative and showed genuine care for the welfare of our baby boy. We would both highly recommend coming here if you are expecting.
Would not recommend this place to anyone
Got transferred from another hospital. No one knew what was going on or when I would be getting my second surgery. After surgery was done I felt like I was forgotten about. I would use call button and it would take a while to get a response and to get a nurse to my room.
The staff was great from start to finish. very friendly and professional, Thank you.
Very happy with all staff except the anesthesiologist. I believe his name was dr. Bao. He was the only anesthesiologist that made me shave my beard off that I've had for 20 years. And considering I had an 8-hour heart surgery 6 months ago where they did not make me shave my beard of 20 years, this made me very irritated when I had to shave this time. The same anesthesiologist after the surgery left my breathing tube in as I became conscious and I was gagging and having a horrible time with that, he could have at least let me... read more
My nurses are awesome. Very informative when it comes to what's going to happen.
