Waited from 330 till about 12 then sent me home with only 10 pain pills, got a ruptured kidney and pulled muscle in my back! The nurse w/o drew my blood, was going 90 miles hour, had to put her in check! WTh! Hate that place!
Humungous shout out to this place! The nurses have been awesome, polite, respectful, on top of the meds and the drs for being so understanding about my stomach issue and giving me the meds I need for this. I havent had this much respect and understanding on a hospitals part in literally yes! Thank you very much #saintjoesephregionalmedicalcenter
Rude rude rude nurse smh she knows who she is no compassion for the family hurting
Absolute worst ER experience I’ve ever been witness to. Rude staff. No answers. My mom has been in severe pain the entire time (5 hours so far in ER waiting area) asked for help to take her to restroom and still no help. No pain meds, no help for her swelling leg. The waiting area was empty when we arrived. It’s only gotten worse in the last 5 hours. Don’t bother with your copy and paste canned response. If you truly cared this would change. Come spend some time in the ER area!
Why do you have to have security to take the stairs? Isn't that a fire hazard? Then the girl at the front desk says the hospital doesn't have any smh. Thanks my fiancé had a panic attack because of the hassle it was to even take the stairs. She is terrified of elevators and she didn't want to have to wait for security every time. What an inconvenience!!
Waiting for the Health & Safety person (Executive Office to phone me back after a "meeting" because my BP is dangerously high and my doctor's inept staff person refuses to page her, or have another doctor phone in the Blood Pressure medication they knew on Monday I would need, and which will be gone tomorrow. BTW, the Makayla also hung up on me (an RN) when I tried to explain the danger of hypertension when sustained and currently 163/104 and pulse of 56 !
Great office. The Doctors and staff were polite and professional. My wait time was not long at all :)
I had my first born son here. Absolutely loved the staff that worked with me through this new experience. They followed my birth plan exactly, but were always close by if we had questions or needed help. I look forward to coming back to Saint Joseph in the future.
