Been in here for four day now on the fifth floor. Every single nurse is so nice and caring!! And always go out of there way to make sure if I need anything else! 😘 👍🏻
Great office. The Doctors and staff were polite and professional. My wait time was not long at all :)
Great hospital however, the name of the new comprehensive breast care center is very pretentious and self centered. Every time I come to the hospital and see the sign I become very irritated. A simple “Kelly breast center” would have been more humble and appropriate. It’s a wonderful project but the choice of names casts a negative light on the Kelly’s. IMO
The Doctors & Nurses Are Very Caring & Will Do What They Can For You Even If You're Just The Person Keeping The Patient Company So, They're Comforted Knowing, They Are Not Alone!!! This Is My Hospital By Choice..., The Hospital I Trust!!!
I was in the waiting room for almost 4hours waiting ti be called to the room
Well i feel they were somewhat rude to me. I was in a bike reck and was in a lot of pain. Some of the staff I felt just didn't like me and weren't nice at all!
The hospital is ok but their billing department is stuck and cannot process a simple request for an itemized bill that had been requested over the phone as well as by letter Come on St Joe. You ca n do better than this or hire someone who knows how to follow up on requests
They’re no longer in existence which is very sad... was a “family “ of dedicated nurses and associates who took the anxiety out of being in a hospital....so sad that feeling has been lost since the merger with SB St. Joe...
I have been to the ER with family member many times and it's alway the same. You wait, and wait and wait. They are always so busy you would think St Joe was a major trauma center.
