I was seen in August in the emergency room, I hadn’t received my insurance cards yet so I had to later get in touch with the billing department and have my insurance submitted. I received a collections bill today for 914$ because they didn’t submit my insurance information to the physicians because they’re billed separate, I also wasn’t informed about this. Was there a couple weeks ago and this one nurse had the worst attitude like she didn't care... I forgot to file a complaint on her
All the nurses was great the only complaint I had is for No One hardly being in the emergency room it took them 3 hours to take care of me
I can't say one good thing. Memorial is no better. No chairs, no doctors, no techs. What a complete fiasco.

A great experience at the hospital while having our baby. Nurses and doctors were polite and accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. However, the nice experience ends once you start dealing with the billing department, which is serviced by a third party out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Have spoken to them three separate times and still don’t have the proper billing.
I spent time in Saint Joseph Medical center , 5 days to be exact. I was treated very well. The people that took care of me were Phenomenal. Even the Food personal and Housekeeping. The Nurses and Techs were very caring. Thank you all for making me well. You all are Wonderful!
Been here for 5 hours in the waiting room with my PREGNANT wife while she is bleeding very weak and faint. was told 2 hours ago that there were 2 people in front of us and have counted 37 people go back before us. They lie to the patients and lack any empathy to anyone else's suffering. I guarantee my lawyer will be speaking to this horrible place. A person could drop dead in front of them and they would probably have a wait of 3 hours before they could be seen.
This is the most amazing hospital/experience I’ve ever been to or had - every staff member is pleasant, fun, fun to talk to, AND MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE NO MATTER WHAT! You’re in the BEST hands with amazing ladies and gentlemen- i feel like every little thing is a main priority for them just as the big ones and they go above and beyond what I ever had at other hospitals in the past - Thank Dr. Flynn, Nurse Matthew , Brenda, and literally everyone else who is seeing me (I’m sorry I forgot the other names) - would recommend... read more
