Everyone. From the receptionist at the desk, to the x-ray tech, was just wonderful to me. This is a great hospital with a very professional staff.
The medical staff were very professional very courteous and very helpful
we waited 4 hours to be seen while they lost our papers and forgot about us 2 different times. doctor didnt listen or act like he cared to remedy the issue my girlfriend was having. worst experience ever. horrible hospital
Dr was so nice and my nurse Kate was an angel u guys are fast accurate caring and nurturing and very helpful I was so sick and u guys were awesome best hospital and staff ever!!!!😇😇
Mark is still at St. Joseph Hospital. I have been VERY unhappy so far: lack of care (he's only had CNP's bath him and change gown and sheets only 3 times in 15 days) dirty rooms, poor communication between nurses and doctors, left to sit on bed pan for 35 minutes. He came in needing a clear liquid diet and only was given apple juice and broth for a week....after I complained to patient advocate a nutritionist came in and "voila" gave us a new menu that had hi protein items on it. The only issue I had was the first nurse I dealt with because she seemed to be all over the place. She handed me a pregnancy test after I already went to the bathroom which delayed my surgery and she blew out my vein trying to insert the iv. She also didn't bother to find out which hand I use so she tried sticking it in my dominate hand. I wasn't feeling good to begin with and when the second nurse came in he asked to many personal questions that I didn't want to discuss and he seemed to take it personal about why I didn't w... read more
We were there in the Er got in quick got a quick diagnosis quick surgery. And headed home everyone was very nice and explained everything so we understood it
I’m soooo sick of there Doctors office. All They ever do is look at you and write you a prescription. My appointment today was a complete waste and I could’ve stayed home. Just left the office & 1 min later I’m looking a new & better doctors office!! Hate that place 😠
Overall the staff does very well. Much nicer facility that the old St Joe and Memorial ( aka Pan's Labyrnith).
