I will say they don't answer the phone but when I leave a voicemail they always always get back to me. I've also never had trouble with appointments I feel bad for everyone else leaving these reviews but he was tested for ADHD here and they found no signs and on top of that they've done other testing that went well and idk, no issues. His full blown autism testing day is in October and then he will be diagnosed by a doctor not just a nurse practitioner. Thanks for all your help guys. Enough with the medical gaslighting. Patients wait months for these appointments—only to be dismissed, shuffled between departments, or pushed toward unnecessary tests with no clear medical justification. All while the answers they do need are right in front of the provider. It’s not just frustrating—it’s negligent. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, the very first of the day. They were working with my son with his autism and now all of a sudden, they no longer accept his Sunshine Health insurance? Get out of here with this nonsense man!
Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone for a Clarance. The staff is rude and so unprofessional.
