I have a special needs child so waiting rooms are a no go for us. We have to wait in the waiting room 45 minutes past every appointment we have. Then we wait another 45 minutes in the exam room. When we finally see our provider and discuss whatever is going on with my child and get our treatment plans… I have to call multiple times for them to actually send off my referrals for his special needs treatment or medicine to the pharmacy. This has been happening to us over the course of 3 years. I am on waiting list for a new ped... read more

Excellent experience! After raising for children, I can say that this is the best pediatric office as far as professionalism, friendliness, and time provider spent with patient..
Absolutely terrible messed up results for kids 3 times didn't have them fast so now luckily got a normal pidatrician that gives you the form to take to labcorp and fast night before horrible communication people will say they will call back than dont other than that dr hubbard and her nurse practioner are nice but they Definitely should change things by telling patients to fast before lab work and they should give you a form for labcorp and not use their lab as also when i went to the bathroom other people's urine samples st... read more
