1st time taking my son here. He is 4 when I got to the back we had Olivia and she is not friendly at all. She does NOT need to work with children. Dr. Brown was nice and explained everytJing. The other staff was nice , I just didn’t care for the one staff member. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable & friendly. The facility is always clean, neat and orderly. My only concern is the length of time spent waiting to be seen. I come from a medical profession background so I completely under all the variables that can delay appointment times, but 2 1/2 hours for an 18 month old is just entirely too long to be in a doctors office, waiting to be seen.

The staff is nice and knowledgeable. But we always wait at least an hour! That is too long for children which is who they see. EDIT to respond to owner. While you think 2-3 hours is the norm, we have NEVER experienced that in any of the other states we've lived in. For an example the Wheaton Eye Clinic was professional, well rated, and I never waited more than 5-10 minutes for exceptional care.
