Bad services experience with the from Desk person, she so nasty , Rude, incompetent Unprofessional, she discriminated me and son , persons like this can not work with children and medical setting, hope that reviews will take in consideration and reviewed by business bureau accreditation thank you
Absolutely terrible experience. The doctor was rude beyond measure to staff, completely unprofessional and made the entire experience feel worse than a root canal. I would never recommend or return to this experience. I came twice thinking she just had a bad day, ends up apparently every day is bad. Hey, if you go here, you're guaranteed a bad day! At least you know what you're getting. The 'checkin' is done through a computer in the office via FaceTime or some app like that as well as intake consultation... zero out of ten ... read more
I have been coming to Dr Lal for years. She operated on me at a very young age and I am an adult now and have never had any issues. She gave me a home run on my muscle issues. Years later I still see her because I trust her with everything. She is the best doctor any child could ask for as she has changed my life and allowed me to achieve all my success.
