Spent 3 total minutes misdiagnosing my daughter for something that became way worse. Just see the local pediatrician instead if it’s a child.
Dr. Ripple is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She explained everything in detail and was very thorough. The office staff was very pleasant and efficient. My daughter was brought back into a room before her appointment time and Dr. Ripple was very punctual. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone seeking pediatric dermatology care.
Awesome first experience with Dr. Ripple and the medical student she had with her. She was thorough, listened to all my concerns, and answered my many many questions and eased my fears. She had phenomenal bedside manner with both me and my child. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ripple is an awesome doctor from my experience and I do plan on continuing to see her, but her office staff are not the best. I was trying to think of what time would work best with my schedule because the doctor had to reschedule my appointment and the person on the other side of the phone said "come on, just tell me a time". I was trying to calculate the time it would take for me to get there and then to my class on time afterwards, I'm sorry for taking too long.
