Took my son in and he was seen within 5 mins. The doctor and nurses were kind and very efficient. Turned out my two year old had strep and pneumonia. They lent me equipment that I could bring back on his next visit. Awesome practice.
Dr. Katalenas has been our pediatrician since we moved to Texas in 1997, the year she opened her practice here. She is the kindest, most understanding person I've dealt with and is now my two grandchildren's pediatrician. Thank you, Dr. K. (and the entire staff) who take care of us on the first call !!!!
From the first step into this place you feel welcomed, you are treated like family. My son's are patients from Dr. Salinas, she's kind, sweet, talks to them directly and in a very easy way for them to understand what she will be checking for. The facility is very child oriented. My boys now 8 and 5 look forward to see her, maybe because they get to play with the Big Tablet!
My child's pediatrician moved from the city. we google this place. Even though he has medicaid and we went through the process on their website for new patients. They said they couldn't see him because they had already made their quota for new patients.
One of the most unprofessional doctors I've ever been to, I have three kids and lived in 3 states and this is by FAR the absolute worst I've ever been treated by a doctor and also as a human. The lack of compassion, communication and kindness by Doctor K is staggering.
