I will start this by saying that the doctors, nurse practitioner, nurses, physician assistants, and front desk staff are great. The billing is absolutely terrible. Rather than contact parents regarding a past due bill, they will just send it out to collections, even if an amount is less than $20. Most parents don't just skip out on paying an invoice to their kids' doctor, so a little communication rather than just sending invoices without any follow up by phone would be appreciated. Over price! I really wanted to see Dr.Katalenas, but one the staff are rude since i arrived, they din' t even smile and wanted to charge more than a specialty clinic! 😔😔
Scheduling appointments is easy and the doctors take good care of my kids. I like the location and the separate well vs sick side.

We love coming to this practitioner. Our former pediatrician discontinued her practice and it ended up being a blessing in disguise. Our kids actually enjoy going to the doctor and they are treated with care and respect every single time.
