Dr Ravi has been great to my babies. The girls at the front desk are always more than helpful
The doctor we saw was great. However, the office manager Mae (the only one) I was told because she refused to provide her last name was incredibly disrespectful. Myself and my fiance requested medical records for my son and she explained that we would not be getting anything today and that in order to get these records it would have been too expensive for us and that we would be charged per page. The Drs are very MUCH GOOD but let me tell about the ladies on the front desk after missing my kids appointment because of Medicare Insurance issues, with same doctor same place they gave me two different days of the other next available appointment but for the second one I was late and then one of them started asking me the reasons for me being late, asking me like a little child and looked at me as I am nothing and yet it’s not good because remember we are all HUMAN BEINGS. Very DISAPPOINTED ☹️
What can I said about this office, well let me first start by saying that Dr Ravi is an amazing pediatrician to my children . I won’t change him for no other doctor, but let me tell yall about his staff, all the girls in the office are amazing, I love how they are with my children, but special shout out to mae, she an amazing person, caring for all the children that walk up into the offices.
