Great doctors, nurses and staff. They are ALL excellent from the moment you walk in. Yesterday was my son's first visit to PA and I was impressed by this office. Everyone was very nice and professional. We definitely found our new pediatrician's office!
I waited with my sick child for an hour with an appointment to see the Doctor. If he wasn't available or booked I would have seen someone else. I was so disappointed with the level of service that I changed my child's pediatrician. I didn't find the staff pleasant as a first time parent. I always want what best for my child and I don't think this relationship was working out.
I am very disappointed with this office I had an appointment yesterday 10/12/16 for 10 am. I arrived at 9:45 and by 11: 07 I still hadn't seen a doctor. So we left. Thank God it wasn't an emergency. I won't be back.
Great doctors here and the staff is very nice. However, the communication between the office and billing is not the greatest. As well as the communication with the patients.
Love them all especially Dr. Lawrence Garter.����
