The doctor I see makes my daughter laugh so she isn't afraid of being there ���
Though the doctors are good, staff is unethical. They converted an wellness appointment which was booked few months back to sick visit and charged me money. They were sorry about the wrong information they were given and want me to pay the fee for their mistake. Their act was totally unethical. Called them and disappointed.
I have been going to this location since my son was born.. We always see Dr. Alamo! We love her. I never ever have to wait more than 5 min past my appointment time.
From to front desk to the Physicians everyone here is so compassionate and caring! They really go out of their way to be sure that you're comfortable with the services that you are receiving . Everyone is so involved in every aspect of the visit. I am so thankful for Pediatric Associates! Big thank you to Dr. Santos!
Our family has been going to Pediatric Associates Plantation for almost 9 years, and we LOVE Dr. Santos!! My only complaint is that sometimes the wait is too long, but I do think wait time is less than what it used to be. Again, Dr. Santos is a wonderful doctor and I will take my children to her till they are adults.
