Been going here since I was a child now my children go here and wouldn’t change it even now that we live in Auburn, Ma the travel is well worth it. The receptionists are all wonderful and know my kids when they see them. They check to even make sure the parents are doing ok. The energy is always great going into their office. The nurses are helpful always going above and beyond as well as the doctors. Applaud to them for being the best pediatric office hands down. No complaints at all and free parking covered garage. P.S. My son had been a patient at pediatric associates of Medford since the day he was born Until he was 13 years old. His original Dr., Donald Delolis, who ran the practice as well As his wife Dr Rita Delolis were the best! The amount of times they personally called me, sometimes after hours, to help our family through our sons medical Challenges with asthma can’t be counted on two hands. Sadly, they retired in 2021. I've been going to this office since my daughter was born. All the staff are super amazing and the doctors are very informative. They all listened to my needs and concerns and gave me the best resources. I had a chance to sit with Rosie and Ron Burnette. They were very kind and and tried to help me any way, shape and form. They took the time to listen, and was ready to jump in and take care of my requests. I do recommend this place to new moms in the area. I'm sure the experience will be just as good as mines.
Some of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever dealt with, if you value your own mental sanity please avoid this place at all costs. Brought these clowns some medical forms I needed signed from the rmv and they messed it up 3x and had a nurse sign it despite me telling them it HAS to be a doctor. When I got fed up and told them I would be changing doctors they withheld my medical records for months out of spite, knowing I would not be able to drive without said papers.
