We had wonderful experience at this practice. The staff is friendly and organized, scheduling is always smooth. Dr Bivona is incredibly kind, great with kids and very attentive with our daughter. She takes her time during appointments, answers all the questions and makes sure we feel supported as new parents. We always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this office for pediatric care.
The master in charge of this clinic is a very kind, polite and helpful person. His name is Rob Burnett, a man worthy of his work and deserves all my thanks and appreciation.
My husband as well as myself both were patients here as children. We were so fortunate enough to be able to choose the very same Pediatrician we had for both of our daughters. When he retired 3 years ago we were still able to choose someone we both knew. That just shows how wonderful this group of Pediatricians are. Wonderful and professional staff, "with well experienced pediatricians!" They took great care of my two sons.
Been going here since I was a child now my children go here and wouldn’t change it even now that we live in Auburn, Ma the travel is well worth it. The receptionists are all wonderful and know my kids when they see them. They check to even make sure the parents are doing ok. The energy is always great going into their office. The nurses are helpful always going above and beyond as well as the doctors. Applaud to them for being the best pediatric office hands down. No complaints at all and free parking covered garage. P.S.
