So very easy to get an appointment and caring/thorough nurses and doctor teams. We have been so impressed with the facility and the care my son has received. My son has a CHD and I have to have a lot of faith in my pediatrician to help communicate with his cardiologist and to help us with preventative care and heart health. Dr Molly Hood is amazing! I have a 7 year old special needs daughter who she truly takes her time with. I was there today and she spent at least an hour with us! Dr Hoods nurse is so sweet at the end of the appointment my daughter was getting pretty restless as we were waiting for her paper work, the nurse started playing with her and pushing all the lights on the wall. She left saying how much fun she had!
My first visit was 23 years ago! They have cared for both of my boys . Very nice and professional staff.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. When my husband lost his job (and our insurance) I cried for days that I'd have to take my kids elsewhere. My son has not one but two conditions and Dr. Brooks has ALWAYS listened to my concerns and heard them. He's never been dismissive of my intuition as his mother. The staff is extremely patient with my sensory kid who doesn't want to be there and is almost always screaming.
